For the cloud environment, in this paper, the Pareto optimal theory and particle swarm optimization algorithm are applied to the cloud computing model to optimize the utility of various service resources, and finally make the resource utilization rate reach an optimal state, and through Cloudsim the simulation experiment of cloud service resource scheduling. The results show that the cloud computing model optimized by Pareto optimal algorithm has better system performance, which makes the scheduling and configuration of resources optimal.
