Research on service encapsulation technology of software resources in cloud manufacturing environment

The main results are as follows: (1) A software resource architecture framework based on software resources is proposed. In the cloud manufacturing environment, the cloud manufacturing resources include making hard resources and soft resources, and software resources are the basic tools for the establishment and transmission of models, data and knowledge in soft resources, and are the basis of product design. This paper takes the software resources of design phase as the object of study, and establishes the software resource Architecture framework with software resources as the main body. (2) The three-dimensional data model of software resources is established. According to the granularity division of software resources, three-dimensional data model of software resources is set up from three aspects of software resource classification information, resource object information and attribute information respectively. Based on the three-dimensional data model of software resources, this paper classifies software Resource service encapsulation into large, middle and three kinds of granular packaging from the aspects of particle, purpose and practical application of service logic. (3) Two kinds of service encapsulation methods of software resources are proposed. According to the granularity Division of software Resources Service, two kinds of software resource service encapsulation methods are put forward: one is the small and medium granularity service encapsulation method, and the Jini technology is used to realize the small and medium granularity encapsulation; the other is a large granularity encapsulation method, and the application of desktop virtualization technology realizes large granularity encapsulation of resource. Finally, based on the above architecture and the service encapsulation method, the CLOUDM cloud Manufacturing resource sharing and collaborative platform is built, on this platform, the design optimization of a micro NC Milling Machine Spindle is used as an example to complete the modeling, Grid Division, Force analysis and optimization process of the spindle example, The validity of the Software Resource Service encapsulation method and the platform built in this paper is validated. The preliminary application shows that the CLOUDM cloud platform developed by the two encapsulation methods can provide a powerful design, analysis and optimization environment, which facilitates the use of the software resources in the form of service, and can effectively shorten the product design period for users.
