This research can enrich the theory knowledge of the new industry technology standardization model and the Management method, and provide support for the practice. First of all, according to the characteristics of the establishment and implementation of technical standards of new industries, the technology standard process is divided into standard formation, standard industrialization and standard marketization three stages; Based on this, this paper analyzes the network attribute and the evolution rule of the technology standardization of the new industry by the social network. Secondly, it has condensed out four kinds of technology standardization modes of leading enterprises, Enterprise Alliance, Industry Alliance and Standardization Organization, analyzed the influence factors of the choice of technology standardization mode, and constructed the choice model of the technology standardization mode of the new industries. According to the management requirements of different technical standardization models of new industries in various stages of standardization, a standardized management framework was constructed, and standardized management methods were designed from three aspects of standardization strategy, standard patent identification and evaluation, standard patent licensing management. Finally, taking the cloud computing industry as the empirical object, the paper studies the model of its technical standardization and optimizes it, and puts forward the corresponding management strategy for the problems existing in the technology standardization of cloud computing industry.
