On this basis, this paper discusses the concurrence of tort liability and breach of contract, and further clarified the connotation and extension of the responsibility system of cloud computing service provider. Finally, in view of the cloud computing industry is still in the early stages of development, need to give some support, but at the same time the user's rights and interests are very vulnerable, in order to balance the interests of both, advocating cloud computing service providers take appropriate strict responsibility.
