In order to determine the data model, this paper puts forward HBase's c-o-r modeling based on the E-R Modeling Foundation of the relational database, and then comprehensively analyzes the health care metadata Standard and the actual situation of some medical and health institutions, and realizes the HBase data center construction of medical and health information. In order to realize the synchronization of data transparently to data center in heterogeneous relational database of medical institutions, the following schemes are proposed. Firstly, the heterogeneous data produced by heterogeneous database is proposed in the data format to standardize XML and JSON General data format encapsulation to realize the data difference of shielding heterogeneous database; Secondly, the transmission protocol is simple and general, and the design idea of SOA architecture is adopted to realize data synchronous transmission by using Web service method. The method of combining time stamp, trigger and log method in incremental data acquisition of heterogeneous database is put forward, finally, the design of universal front machine is realized to read all heterogeneous database, and the difference configuration of heterogeneous database using XML file is realized. After constructing the HBase center and owning the data, because HBase for the data access only row key localization and the whole table scan two kinds, in order to improve the complex lookup efficiency to propose hbase column index construction. This paper proposes two kinds of index design methods: Using row key advantage and building Index table. In this paper, the construction of Index table is a dual indexing architecture which combines MySQL database with HBase database. Finally, through the simulation test analysis, and compare with the related test performance of MySQL, it is proved that the design method of this paper can better complete the synchronization of the Medical and Health Information Center and the heterogeneous database to the data centre, and realize the health data sharing, supervision and business synergy.
