By studying the intergenerational division of ports and the relevant knowledge of the port of wisdom, this paper integrates the research results of the fifth generation ports by domestic and foreign scholars, and concludes the concept of the fifth generation of internet wisdom port. This paper expounds the interrelationship between the intelligent port and the port and the logistics informatization, analyzes the possible development mode of the fifth generation of the intelligent port, and designs the development mode of the fifth generation Network intelligent port of Dalian Port. This paper constructs the system model of Port logistics development model by AHP and cloud model and establishes the comprehensive evaluation Index system of the fifth generation of the port development model of Dalian Port construction. The evaluation system can provide reasonable model choice and correct decision for Dalian port, and has certain theoretical research value and practical significance to the development and expansion of Dalian Port and its port logistics industry.
