By drawing a knowledge map of the key words, this paper combs 5 hotspots of foreign large data research: "Large data sources, concepts and characteristics", "bioinformatics", "Cloud computing", "MapReduce and Hadoop", "Visualization", and reveals their research status, existing problems and development direction.
