The advent of cloud computing and the rapid development of cloud technology have contributed to the emergence of cloud download system and quickly become the focus of attention. The cloud download system can provide an appointment file distribution service, users can take the download request offline or even shut down, without the need to remain online, thereby saving a lot of user time; The cloud download system can be obtained by using the resources of computing, storage and bandwidth provided by the cloud platform on demand according to the user's requirement. Cache and return the reserved file to the user, guaranteeing the user's file availability and the rate of retrieval of the file. The combination of an appointment service and a cloud platform the following new features are given to the cloud download system: Increasing the interaction between the system and the user, the system can count different users ' file reservation request multiplexing files, reduce the system resource overhead, and how the system rents and manages the cloud resources is the key to improve the efficiency of file distribution and reduce the cost of service. However, the resource allocation strategy of the existing cloud downloading system lacks the depth consideration of the reservation downloading service, which leads to the problem of waste of storage resources, unfair service between users and large resource overhead. In this paper, based on the new features of cloud downloading system, the relevant theoretical model is established and the optimized resource allocation strategy is designed.
