Beijing time June 8 morning news, Rim said Tuesday, has acquired the German mobile social gaming company Scoreloop, but did not disclose the amount of the acquisition. "We have recently allowed developers to create social applications through our BBM social platform and have seen some very creative applications," Thelles Lessade Lessard, vice president of Rim, said in a blog. We want to work with the Scoreloop team to provide tools that will further motivate our developer community to elevate the social integration of BlackBerry gaming to new heights. (PEI)
