Like a known BlackBerry, the BlackBerry Management Center was created to help users send and receive mail by connecting to the Internet, or to enjoy the postal services offered by network vendors like Microsoft, But these services are not provided by RIM itself.

RIM's new cloud service allows users to store data or locate lost handsets, and can lock and unlock phones if needed.
