Lixin is the boss of the new Li-Pei metallurgical company. Finance magazine statistics show that his assets soared from $7.7 billion trillion in 2009 to $18.8 billion trillion. The surge in assets was mainly attributable to the rise in company shares. Compared with the former richest man, Lixin is not famous. Finance Magazine commented that he was the least-expected person in the history of the wealth list. Last year wealth Mikhail topped the list, with an estimated total assets of $17.85 billion trillion. Chelsea club owner Abramovich has won the third place in the Fortune list this year with 17 billion dollars in assets. The wealth list shows that Russia has a total of 77 billionaires with assets of more than 1 billion dollars.
