According to foreign media reports, Samsung Electronics company confirmed will launch based on Tizen new operating system platform of Smart television, the next month will be the launch of the smart TV Product software development tool (SDK).

The Korean company has shipped equipment--gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo smart tables with Linux operating system platforms. The release of the Samsung TV Software development tool (SAMSUNGTV SDK) Beta release will allow developers access to software development opportunities. Samsung Electronics said the test version included an intelligent interactive capability based on gesture and voice control and a multiple-screen option to connect to mobile and wearable devices. Samsung Electronics, however, did not disclose when the TV was sold to consumers.

The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Samsung Electronics is preparing to launch its first smartphone with Tizen operating systems in Russia and India, as well as hinting that its smart TV is also under development. But the Tizen operating system smartphone has not been introduced so far, but today's news confirms that Samsung Electronics is at least planning to Tizen platform smart TVs. As the company launched its Tizen smartphone program last year and then miscarried, there is no guarantee that the smart TV will be successfully launched.

This Tizen TV Software development tool was available for download to developers at the site in early July.
