Presumably no one likes the long wait process of transmitting files with SD cards, but fortunately SanDisk has been trying to improve this. Recently, the company launched a new "Extreme" Micro SD card series, with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacity optional, the series said its data transmission speed can be as high as 80MBps. The Android policy tested extreme, and the results showed that when using a dedicated reader, the 64GB card reached 78MBps. Of course, if the card is inserted into the smartphone, the result is far from the difference. Currently, with the exception of Samsung Galaxy S4 's Exynos 5 octa processor, most smartphones do not support newer versions of the UHS-1 standard, and it is well known that UHS-1 standards have a significant increase in transmission speed. In addition, extreme was also put into the Galaxy Note II for testing, the results show that SanDisk's new data card only reached 14MBps read speed and 14.6MBps write speed. Despite the huge gap between the results and the use of a dedicated card reader, it is still 50% to 100% faster than the previous generation of 64GB SanDisk microSD cards. So now the most critical problem is that mobile phone performance needs to catch up with the development of data cards. Of course, there are those who are opposed to the use of microSD card expansion of the handset manufacturers, hoping that they can change their minds, otherwise, even if the data card speed is not available on the phone.
