News technology: Thank you for your acceptance of our interview. Would you please tell us what industries and projects to focus on 2013?

Ding: We still focus on it internet and mobile Internet, and some applications. Of course the entire fund includes new energy, and we're starting to look at the health industry and we've been looking at the green. I am mainly focused on the internet and mobile Internet.

News technology: Speaking of the internet industry, last year is not regarded as an investment project announced more than a year, and the project amount is more cautious, how do you think of the 2012 market? Will 2013 still be the case?

Ding: I think that in the 2012 and the overall market, especially the Chinese concept of the withdrawal of this mechanism was affected, so that more investors are more cautious. But for us, we have never said because our investment is very early, so we will neither speed up investment because the market is particularly good, nor will we not invest because the market is particularly bad. So, our tempo is hardly affected by much, it has been according to the size of the fund according to the number of year, according to the opportunity. Therefore, when the market returns to normal in this case, for us should be better, otherwise, will make a lot of people have unrealistic ideas and fantasies, risk awareness is weak. Ding: I often say a word, such as a word has been hot, then you go to vote, for us to cast early in terms of no significance. As we cast large numbers, the word "big data" hasn't happened yet, and we've been investing in this company four years ago, and it's been quite successful.

The importance of any concept you want to evaluate it, you have to independently judge its market, its business model, its team, not to say which thing hot I'm going to throw in today. So, we rarely go after this stuff, especially my personal investment characteristics. Ding: We look at the time will not specifically focus on specific projects, we now value and enterprise-related, in the enterprise market to do some mobile applications, we will be very concerned about.

It is difficult to think, we specifically said, I never put myself to death, if fixed dead, I would not have to vote for any big data. I'm not going to call it a noun, I didn't know what the big data concept was, and I said, you tell me what you're going to do, what do you do with that data, how do you use that data for your advantage? When he's clear and understood, you'll probably give him some advice, and you want to know that this is the most promising thing in the future.

Maybe we won't be able to come up with a term like IBM, which is for everyone to use, but we'll be very concerned about what it is doing and what it is doing.

News technology: How do you view the commercialization of large data? In fact, you said earlier that three or four years ahead of time to start throwing big data.

Ding: It's easy to commercialize, like the company that we're pitching now, advertisers like, because by analyzing big data, you know exactly what everyone needs, because it's too important for the big data, It's statistically accurate enough to say which user I can make more like your competitor's brand, how much you want to take it from your competitors and so on, which used to be unthinkable in advertising, but many of them now can do it.

News technology: Do you think big data companies start to make money in the beginning of this year or another two or three years?

Ding: I think the key is to see the field, the most important thing is the future of this area the most difficult is the establishment of these data models, analysis and regular search, and then make it out. There are some small fruits that are easier to pick, but the real big application is definitely going to be in the back, when it's combined with various industries, because I now know that a lot of industries are now thinking about this because they themselves have a lot of data, the analysis of the data and the future of this combination of public data, Will be a very important development trend in the future.

Ding: It should be said that it's possible to be a giant in any field, but it's very related to execution, and with your team, of course, some time and luck, and so on.
