Beijing time May 23 Morning News, enterprise management software manufacturer sap&http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/37954.html ">nbsp; AG (SAP) Tuesday agreed to buy cloud computing using the software maker Ariba Inc. (ARBA), which is valued at about $4.3 billion trillion.

The price offered by SAP to Ariba is USD 45 per share. SAP said in a statement in Tuesday that Ariba's board unanimously approved the deal. The deal is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, although the deal will need to await the approval of Ariba shareholders and regulators.

SAP has bought a personal management application maker SuccessFactors Inc. in December 2011, which helped SAP advance into the cloud computing market.
