Kleiman said Kingdom LC, Talal's investment company, is studying the possibility of buying 200 million dollars to 300 million U.S. dollars from Twitter co-founder, which is equivalent to about 3% of Twitter's valuations in the new round of financing.  The report said it was unclear whether Kingdom LC had reached an agreement with Twitter co-founder Biz (Biz Stone) or Evan (Evan Williams), or whether the talks had just begun. Prince Talal's personal assets are about $19.6 billion trillion, ranking 26th in Forbes ' global Rich list. He holds a 7% per cent stake in Fox Financial Channel (Fox Business) and Sky News Corp. 's parent news group. Kingdom LC released its new quarterly earnings in Wednesday, with profits rising 24% per cent year-on-year.  The company also holds shares in media giants Time Warner and Apple. In August this year, Twitter received 800 million dollars in financing, mainly from existing investors such as fund management company T Rowe Price and digital Sky Technologies, a Russian investment firm. While Groupon, Pandora and other Internet upstarts have submitted IPOs (IPO) applications or have been listed, Twitter has so far not joined the IPO boom, but has opted to further refine its business model.
