Scit 0.21 releases a simple continuous integration tool

SCIT, abbreviated as simple continuous integration tools, is a straightforward, continuous integration tool used to build and leverage Perl and expected scripts made up of an automated test system that works well with most Unix operating system tools. The design is designed to provide a complete set of features while maintaining its unique lightweight features, the current version with a command line user interface and a partial HTML user interface. It can run on the most advanced hardware, and a portion of the development and testing has been run on the same unit of Nokia N900 handsets.

The scit version 0.21 fixes the error that was caused by attempting to block local slaves. Svn_scitmaster script now waits for an exit override if there is no project configuration. A lighttpd (DASL) has been added to a dynamic identity authentication system and DASL has been tested.
