On the type of complaint, with the network purchase, mail order, television shopping, prepayment consumption, virtual property transactions and other networks of new consumption patterns gradually because of convenience become more and more consumers choice, the number of complaints has also increased rapidly.  This year's online purchase complaints grew 127.42%, TV shopping complaints grew 457.14% year-on-year, the existing problems to online sellers false, purchase quality unqualified, not real advertising, lack of protection based on the majority. The game account is sealed into a controversial focus on internet complaints, because the consumer and the network service provider to the game account number, the game equipment, the Q coin and so on fictitious property is stolen, is sealed or degraded the responsibility attribution as well as the loss cognizance existence dispute, therefore, the network game complaint growth is biggest, the year up 151 cases, increases 843.75%,  Accounted for an increase of 22.85% per cent over the previous year. Municipal Consumer Council related officials said that the game account and password theft was sealed is the consumer leakage or network service provider mismanagement caused by the current difficult to verify the distinction between responsibility.
