In their logical deduction, China's online education, according to some derogatory words, the development of its vulnerability can even be described by the "glass Heart"-a touch is broken. With the exception of a group of people who do not understand the truth and have been bombarded with online education financing news for the blind and unusually optimistic Chinese online education (I was one of them), the peers ' attitude is another extreme: pessimism and diffidence. And I dare say that this pessimistic or not self-confidence, in the circle is not a minority.

Because, just a few months ago, I also interviewed an education platform of peers, wrote a manuscript on the (hereinafter referred to as the draft), which will present the problem, the previous days of submission, the same. But because of the limited experience of dealing with the content, the manuscript has been rendered miserable and one-sided. We had a "noisy" argument under the intense rhetoric. At first I was puzzled by this diplomatic approach, but then I gradually understood her anger. Because, the same is to present the facts, the media can choose, and should think about a variety of expressions. As a magnifying glass of public opinion, the media is an article with a thoughtless word, it is often possible to influence the tone of even the dominant public opinion-according to her, it may be possible to add to the team's cooperation with the "relevant department" a non-existent and unnecessary resistance, which has a relatively limited amount of enthusiasm and commitment. In her eyes, the media's handling of the insult, not the construction of the destruction of the practice, for her, and she is really doing things, like their children in the treatment of the project team, of course, is not tolerated.

In addition to understanding her anger, I had some wishful thinking that her anger was not sudden and that she had even preconceived me as a subject after she was accustomed to the media's creation of the topic.

Of course, before communicating with her, my relatively simple life experience, and the inertia that has always been intuitive, does not provide me with such a perspective, such meticulous thinking and sophisticated, so her straightforward command tone is neither understandable nor tolerable to me ... It is very valuable that we finally admit our mistakes to each other and to the last.

But I didn't send that piece, the answer is not what some people think, I don't want to present the facts, or I compromise, and the truth is that the incident and some of the previous contacts have made me realize that in China there is never a shortage of the masses and peers who sing in Chinese education. Everyone is taking China's national conditions and education system as a matter of fact, even when it comes to online education, China's education system is still irrelevant, China's national conditions still refer to the highest frequency of the word.

They say there is a certain reason, the business logic is to take advantage of homeopathy, do the smallest investment to achieve maximum productivity and benefits. The big situation is not good or does not match, the individual makes again the big effort, or also just diametrically opposite, the drop of a bucket, natural will feel powerless.

But I sometimes feel a bit tired of the word "national situation", and even feel that it is a habitual shield for incompetent people to change their reality. More importantly, when this group is pessimistic in the education circle, even when the circle of public opinion becomes a theme, I feel that this time as a media person to add fuel, not only to solve the problem, but rather let the weak, incompetent, short-sighted and hundred of the realists feel a hint of the comfort of the insult. And this, of course, is not what I would like to see.

Honestly, I think when we jump off the word, when we stripped ourselves of the Chinese-style education because of its suffering and magnified by the subjective complex, we will admit that the air tickets, hotels, finance, insurance and so on the traditional, offline industry also spread to the entire industrial chain, also involving the various vested interests of the obstacles and disputes, But we also see that these ancient industries have struggled to achieve networking and transparency in a step-by-step manner.

It's just, you'd say, that education is more complicated, maybe a little more complicated, the motivation for the internal transformation of education is also less-I am willing to admit it when you are with me, but in any case, we have room for action-when you tell me your product is not good enough, the content is not well enough, the course design is not reasonable, Even if the user's addiction, retention rate, under the hard labor is not enough, you give me these reasons, I would like to hear;

When you say that the new model does not subvert the old model and the existing system, because its technical bottleneck has not yet broken through, the network, bandwidth, imaging, tablets, such as hard technology is not mature enough, the new model provides a solution not 10 times times to improve efficiency and productivity to bring enough subversion, when you tell me this reason, I would like to hear. But please don't put anything on the national situation and then do nothing.

User behavior, even demand has always been shaped by Internet products: No one could have imagined that someone would put all the homely things in their lives on the internet before Facebook, and few thought the cameras would one day be left out until the smart-phone cameras were good enough. If you want to talk to me about the national situation, can you imagine the public going to spit on such a relatively open platform and watch the government officials before the microblog comes out? Before Han and others come out, can you imagine these people condemn in such a playful, even extreme tone?

So I would like to say that many people's limitation is that they can always use relatively thin past experience to foresee the future, can never use a development vision to see the problem. If you want to expect change, start with what you can do.

In addition, in fact, the most should say that part of the "Why not the Khan Institute in China," the article in the/coursera said--it can be said that peer analysis more results-oriented, but few people are process-oriented in the discussion of this proposition. Aside from the initial mention of pay awareness, user needs, cost of content production, and thresholds, it does not mean that for the rest of us, simply doing online education affects the part of the people that they can influence, which has brought them enough pleasure. When they put quality content on the Web side, they know that someone will benefit from this part of the content--when you know, isn't it enough that you're doing something that's changing the fate of some people and making them have a better life and that you can do it for most of your waking hours, and isn't that something you're excited about? At least, For myself, if I can solve the problem of survival and not to live too bad, I would like to work in this state of my life.

Second, existing manuscripts are based on the usual business logic of analyzing China's online education. I have explained the rationality of this, but from my very personal perspective and combined with my very limited experience of offline education, these analyses sometimes make me feel too pragmatic and too impetuous. Because, unlike other service industries, education is one of the most stressful jobs. Education, more than any other profession, values the starting point and motivation of your work-there is no understanding of the industry from the heart, love, and affect the strong needs of others, I think, you can not do this line well, it is difficult to withstand loneliness.

But some would say that idealism is clearly not all. Yes, from my personal touch, I see another problem that caters to business value is that the entire domestic online education industry lacks practical and innovative power.

I have to say that some peer emphasis on the quality of teaching content is often only left in the verbal, this emphasis is sometimes even without thinking, even give me a pious impression. Because, the actual content quality, you do not need to study in depth, you from their website page design logic (emphasis), the course structure, the provision of instructional video has been evident.

Another problem is that some of the peers ' understanding of online education has not jumped out of the existing industry system and product framework--how many people think of real model innovation, in addition to the copycat and the first-ever-more-focused content? Even if someone has a good idea, a product line, How many people have a subsequent set of business logic, judgment standards, strategic planning, and enough domineering and courageous to verify, or overthrow the feasibility of the model?
