Newspaper (reporter/Su Shishang) reporter learned from PetroChina, China-Malaysia joint venture steel pipe manufacturing base in Qinhuangdao recently completed.　　The joint venture base, known as PetroChina Bovishun (QINHUANGDAO) Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., is a joint venture between China Petroleum Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd and Malaysia UMW Company, which occupies 51% and 49% of the shares respectively. The joint venture company can produce large diameter straight seam and spiral welded pipe 400,000 tons, steel pipe anti-corrosion 6 million square meters.
