Sinoma International sign 111 million euros contract

Sinoma International (600970) 25th announced that the wholly-owned subsidiary Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd. and OAO Lafarge (Lafarge) Cement (Russia) signed the 5000T/D cement production line design, supply, installation, commissioning contract, the contract price of 111 million euros. The project is located in the Russian state of Carolina, about 200 kilometers from the capital of Moscow. The scope of the contract covers the factory from limestone crushing to cement packaging. Limestone and clay long belt conveyor, auxiliary workshop system and part of the public system are not within the scope of contract. The contract includes design, mechanical, electrical, steel structure, color plate supply and installation, sea and inland transportation, on-site commissioning supervision and management. Excluding general drawing engineering construction (field level, road, drainage, etc.) and civil engineering construction. The duration of the project is 34 months after the issuance of the starting order, 38 months of temporary acceptance.　　The warranty period is 12 months after the temporary acceptance. Since May, Sinoma international successively won large overseas contract contracts. May 4, a subsidiary of Suzhou Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd. and the Department of Cement Co., Ltd signed the Ninh Binh of Vietnam 2x5000t/d clinker production line Project General contract, the contract amount is RMB 491 million.　　May 22, Sinoma International wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Building Materials Industrial Design Research Institute Limited and Saudi Arabia hail cement Company signed the 5000T/D clinker production line Project General contract, the contract amount is 144 million US dollars plus 40 million euros.
