3. (1) If you fill in an exact value, such as filling in: 650px, then the picture inserted in the maximum width will not exceed 650px;

(2) If you fill in a percentage value, such as fill in: 90%, then the picture inserted in the maximum width is that the width of "B. Main Table Width-user information width" of 90%.

4. Regardless of how you set up in 3, you must first complete the settings in 2.
