In the third quarter of December 31 last year, SoftBank achieved net profit of 24.1 billion yen (about $265 million), up 41% from last year's 171 yen. SoftBank is expected to maintain its operating profit for the entire fiscal year and is expected to achieve operating profit of 420 billion yen, an increase of 17% year-on-year.
