Symptoms：

sudo apt update

W:GPG error:http://apt.tt-solutions.com Dapper 920.html ">release: The following signatures cannot be validated because there is no public key: No_pubkey 06ea41de4f6c1e86

Workaround:

GPG--keyserver subkeys.pgp.net--recv 4f6c1e86
GPG--export--armor 4f6c1e86 | sudo apt-key add-

Description：

If the other public key is missing, change two 4f6c1e86 in the command to No_pubkey
06ea41de4f6c1e86 in the last 8 places!

If the Ubuntu PPA

sudo apt-key adv--recv-keys--keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com
