Beijing time September 16 morning news, South China City Holdings Limited issued a Monday evening announcement that the company's indirect joint venture affiliated company Time Epoch and business-to-business E-commerce company Marco Polo signed an investment cooperation agreement.

The agreement shows that the time epoch will be 22.5 million U.S. dollars (about HK $175.5 million) for Marco Polo issued 7,058,824 shares of B series shares, Marco Polo shares about 19.05%.

South China City and Marco Polo will mainly focus on the small and medium-sized enterprises of O2O business services, in China to build a leading online and offline business fully integrated SME eco-industrial chain. (Lin)
