Special Committee on the privatization of Grand games reorganization

Beijing time September 5 Morning News, Shanda Games (Nasdaq:game) announced today that the Board of Directors of the company has reorganized a special Committee on the privatization of independent directors, Lin Lijun will be withdrawn from the Committee.

The Special Committee was previously composed of Lin Lijun, Heng Wing Chan and Yong GUI.

According to the previous announcement, the composition of the privatized buy-out consortium has changed, introducing the Hong Kong Oriental Financial Holdings Limited.

Lin Lijun is the CEO of the Fund Management Co., Ltd., and the joint control of the Oriental finance and the East is the eastern securities. He resigned from the Special Committee, taking into account the relationship between the army and the eastern financial sector. The Special Committee therefore had only two Heng Wing Chan and Yong GUI.

However, BofA Merrill will remain a financial advisor to the Special Committee, while Sullivan & Cromwell will still serve as the US legal adviser. (PEI)
