Stallion 0.07 Publishing Terminal program Creation Library

Stallion is a cross-platform c++/c++ library for creating related CLI terminal programs on a multiple platform of a code base. It is designed to provide a consistent development API to be compatible with multiple platforms, enabling its individual code to create multi-platform terminal interfaces.

Stallion 0.07 This version adds all the features that support Windows and Linux, a single character with multiple colors and formatted string output (i.e. printf), controllable cursor position, flash rate, visibility, color, Variable window and buffer size (need to support x to run on Linux).
