Stallion 0.10 Publishing Terminal program Creation Library

Stallion is a cross-platform c++/c++ library for creating related CLI terminal programs on a multiple platform of a code base. It is designed to provide a consistent development API to be compatible with multiple platforms, enabling its individual code to create multi-platform terminal interfaces.

Stallion 0.10 This version improves the Iogetch features that support windows and adds simple punctuation/non-alphanumeric ASCII character support. The new key is from the layout to the different layouts, currently standardizing the "EN" layout. A common layout is to be implemented in later versions.
