State digital 8.5 million dollar investment to find me information technology company

Beijing Time October 2 Evening News, State Digital (Nasdaq:gomo) announced today, has been to find me Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "seek Me") made a strategic investment.

I was founded in 2010, focused on mobile internet business and mobile phone client software development and operation, the current core products for love SMS and Love dialing.

State Digital today and the Northern Lights phase two (Northern Light Venture capital II), Sina Hong Kong (Sina HK Kong) and find me signed the agreement. Under the agreement, State Digital will buy my shares and B shares from the Northern Lights two and Sina Hong Kong, plus some of the new B shares I have issued, totaling 8.5 million dollars.

When the deal is complete, state will hold a 46% per cent stake in my search. It is expected that the deal will be completed shortly.

At the same time, state Digital also announced that the search for my co-founder and CEO Zhu Zhi has been appointed as the COO Digital Joint chief Operating officer, the appointment came into force on October 2, 2014. (Li Ming)
