The party and government cadres should be accountable for the interim provisions, and one of the following circumstances, should be from the accountability-interference, obstruction of accountability investigation, fraud, concealment of the truth, the prosecutor, the accused of the attack, retaliation, framing, the party's laws and regulations of the State and other serious circumstances.  The fourth article of the provisional Regulations points out that the party and government cadres are subject to the accountability and the disciplinary responsibility should be investigated, and the disciplines disciplinary action shall be given according to the relevant provisions.
