Study on the parameters of the hierarchical protocol of Library cloud Information Service

The Library Cloud Information Service Level Protocol (ISLA) measures the quality of services objectively by quantifying parameters. Combining the form of cloud QoS parameter management and the typical SLA parameters, combined with Digiqual+tm's research method, 4 survey angles of reference QoS, the paper constructs the conceptual model of the cloud service quality of the library based on the environment quality, interactive quality and perceived quality dimension, and verifies and revises the conceptual model through the demonstration. The results show that service transparency, resource security, response speed, service time, sharing, cooperation, responsibility management and security management are the key parameters of Isla. The security of resources in the library cloud service and the supportability of service play a key role in the library cloud service.
