BEIJING, February 18 (Xinhua) China's Human Resources service provider "Zhaopin" a recent survey showed that in 2009 China's year-end award of the number of enterprises increased by 12% year-on-year, the average level of corporate year-end awards increased. The survey set up a year-end award-related survey in the 2009 enterprise pay research activities, involving 5,428 companies. A total of more than 6,000 professionals were involved in the survey. Survey data show that 40% of professionals said they have won the year-end award, nearly 60% of the end of the year award in the workplace is less than 5000 yuan. The survey showed that, compared with the 46% release rate in 2008, the 2009 year-end award of Enterprises reached 58%, an increase of 12%, indicating that the improvement of corporate effectiveness for employees to bring the corresponding return. In the year-end award form of the survey, 92% of enterprises choose direct discovery of gold, 21% of enterprises will issue shopping cards, 18% of enterprises will issue the corresponding kind, and 8% and 5% of enterprises will reward tourism or training. According to statistics, the 2009 annual awards for employees at all levels compared to 2008, the average staff reached 4029 yuan, in charge of 6358 Yuan, the average manager level of 9267 Yuan, the average senior management reached 20753 yuan.
