Tablet PC game is popular, analysts say

(compiled/wendy) Forrester Research, a US market researcher, predicts that U.S. tablet sales will grow from 10.3 million units in 2010 to 24.1 million this year, and that by 2015 the number of US consumers with tablets will be one-third of the number of US internet users. In 2015, the number of U.S. consumers with tablets will reach 82 million, and Tablet PCs will reach 44 million units a year.　　Apple's ipad will still have the biggest market share in the market, at least 2012 years ago. Tablet computers have become a living thing, and consumers are positioning their tablets close to smartphones, a product that goes well beyond the PC category.　　Forrester believes that users will change the speed of the tablet to the same speed as the replacement of mobile phones or MP3, faster than the replacement of laptops and desktops, most of the first generation of ipad users will buy a second generation of ipads this year, the old ipad will become children's toys. A December 2010 survey showed that games became the second most popular feature of tablet computers after web browsing. This year's International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will open in Las Vegas, Nevada, on January 6, with several manufacturers, including HP, Toshiba, Dell and Microsoft, expected to launch Tablet PCs.
