In the global economic downturn, the e-commerce industry has become one of Taiwan's few contrarian growth industries, the development prospects are promising. To this end, Taiwan launched the "Chinese e-commerce and Trade Security Promotion Program" to try to internationalize E-commerce and enhance the competitiveness of the industry to help the island's industry to "enter" the mainland market.
