4. Profit model

However, my advice is that unless you can have a large number of users (tens), no one must have a good profit model to attract investment.

5. Market capacity

A good project, to have a large market capacity. Investors want a dollar to return 100 or more. Therefore, there must be a big market, there are very good stories to attract investors.

7. Project Progress

Is your project only one idea, or is there a certain stage result?

You have to prove that only you, or your team, are the best candidates for this project!

8. Must someone introduce you?

Someone introduced, of course, the best, but at present, the information developed, good projects relatively small, investors flocked.

Therefore, it is recommended to participate in one or two such project introductions, good projects, natural attention.

9. Business Plan

The business plan is actually storytelling, what do you do, product or service? What kind of people are doing it? What are the characteristics of the user? Where are the competitors, and what are the advantages? How much do you want to take?

Many entrepreneurs write business plans and college time to write a paper, the first with a lot of space to explain some international situation, the domestic situation, the number of words, in fact, can not, because everyone is very busy, not too much time to listen to you brag.

10. Policy risks

VC is very concerned about policy risks, including legal risks. This must be noted. Whether your project is approved by the state and whether it belongs to a nationally sponsored project.
