TCL plans to build a separate company to push Smart home

Tcl 12th announced that the company intends to share with the holding company TCL Multimedia, TCL Communications jointly invested 90 million yuan in Hong Kong to set up a joint venture. Through the company, TCL will invest in China to set up a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, as a working entity for smart home projects. Tcl, Tcl Multimedia, TCL Communications will hold the joint venture company 30%, 30%, 40% of the equity. The project is intended to create a full range of intelligent Home service experiences through the integration of emerging things networking and services, through app completion of the entire family's state monitoring, remote control and intelligent services.

Tcl announced that the company through the layout of semiconductor display devices and modules, chip design and software platform, intelligent terminal products and services links, the initial establishment of the consumer electronics industry chain vertical integration advantages. The Intelligent family business is the company "double +" the transformation strategy important constituent, through the TCL Cloud Platform Integration Company's tv+ television, the intelligent white electricity, the family route and so on intelligent home terminal, unifies the Intelligent Mobile Terminal, provides the application and the service in a cloud multiple screen interconnection mutually the consistent experience.
