Teach you access to Windows Vista Full Control

After you select Users, please take a look at the next half of the window, it now only read and execute permission. To copy and modify it, you need to get Full Control permission. Click the Edit button, select Users again in the pop-up window, and then check Full Control (Figure 3).

Finally, the Save settings exit completes the users user, which means the current user has access to full control.
