Telecom operators set up alliances to enhance enterprise application cloud computing confidence

The five operators in the alliance will adopt a common cloud management approach, adopting a common standard development and sharing framework for security, quality of service and interoperability, to ensure that the same quality of service and security services are provided to corporate customers who purchase cloud computing services in different countries to any alliance.
