Telehouse to build a large cloud computing data center in Hong Kong

The data center, which will be completed by December this year, will provide services for telecom cloud computing applications.

The data centre will provide high-speed connectivity to the Hong Kong exchange and its surrounding facilities. Telehouse chose Hong Kong as its first cloud computing center, mainly because of its reputation as Asia's "Cyber Center". Telehouse's data center will provide better services to customers in all Asian regions, including India.

Telehouse said the Hong Kong data Centre was designed to meet market demand, with the goal of cloud computing, as it lowered costs and capabilities, popularized and accelerated the growth of companies of all sizes.
