Beijing Time July 3 Evening News, the Network Qin announced today, the Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee Ying Han will formally leave on July 6. NetQin said that Ying Han's departure is for personal reasons, and in the company's role and position has nothing to do, Ying Han and the company have no differences.

Meanwhile, new independent director Max Yao and Justin Chen will join the board of Directors and the audit committee, where Max Yao will serve as Chairman of the Board of Auditors. The appointment will take effect on July 6.

In addition, following the release of the internal Independent Audit Committee's investigation report on the muddy waters allegations of the short institutions on June 4, PwC, the company's independent auditor, requested that additional procedures be implemented to broaden the scope of the 2013 audit effort.
