The 3G portal, the parent company, submitted an IPO prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today. State's total revenue in the second quarter of 2013 was $13.12 million, up from $6.74 million a year earlier, with a net profit of $3.6 million and a net loss of $280,000 over the same period last year.
The prospectus shows that the state Digital plan is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with the ticker code "GOMO" to raise $80 million trillion in capital.
The prospectus also shows that state digital 2012 total revenue of 30.2 million U.S. dollars, 2011 to 15.8 million U.S. dollars. In the first half of the 2013 year ended June 30, 2013, state's total digital revenue was $22.7 million, compared with $12.22 million a year earlier. State Digital 2012 to achieve profitability. State Digital's main revenue sources are paid applications and premium themes, application-advanced feature purchases, various forms of advertising, and user purchases of literary content. The company says it can still explore more commercial opportunities and expand revenue streams.
