Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office and the Ministry of Industry and Information technology jointly identified 32 cities such as Beijing and other enterprises for SME intellectual Property strategy to promote the implementation of the first batch of enterprises, and further promote the implementation of intellectual property strategy at the enterprise level, the cultivation of independent intellectual property advantages of small and medium-sized enterprises and small and　　Guide Small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance core competitiveness and achieve strategic transformation. The director of the State Intellectual Property Office said that the provincial and municipal intellectual property departments and the competent departments of small and medium-sized Enterprises should strengthen the organization and leadership of the implementation of intellectual property strategy in small and medium-sized enterprises, implement various supporting policies and measures to ensure the effective implementation of the project. Implementation units in accordance with the 2009 issued the "On the implementation of SME intellectual property strategy to advance the notice of the project" Requirements and declaration plan, the elaboration of a detailed work plan, the implementation of special work funds.　　Each implementing unit submits annual work summary to the State Intellectual Property Office and the Ministry of Industry and Information technology as well as the provincial and municipal intellectual Property Department and the SME competent department. According to the relevant provisions, SME intellectual property strategy to promote the implementation of the project cycle of 3 years, after the expiry of the implementation of the State Intellectual Property Office, Industry and Information Technology department will carry out the examination and acceptance of the implementation unit.
