Realm 1: You pay to work

In the current corporate system, the simplest relationship between employee and employer is actually when you pay to work for me. However, cold-blooded, this transaction is fair. However, under such a system, employees will always think of punctuality and will not pay more for the company. Realm 2: Welfare benefits are good

In such companies, employers offer staff extra benefits in addition to employee benefits such as payroll, insurance, travel holidays and retirement plans, such as an in-house fitness center, coffee shop, Dry cleaners and other living facilities, so that employees can be more comfortable work. For some employees with children at home, companies in Realm 2 also provide day care employees with child-care services and even work with children directly at home. In addition, the realm of the company 2 will leave some time for employees to do some creative and inspiring work, so that employees in the development of their own but also for the company to bring creativity.

Under the current economic conditions, such a company is already quite good. However, in my division, it just reached the standards of two types of companies.

Realm 3: Let employees work full of purpose

More and more companies are now aware of the importance of being passionate about their work. The secret to getting employees excited is to make it sensible for employees to feel what they do. When employees feel the meaning of the job, he has a goal when he works. This goal will allow employees to put more effort into their work while also stimulating the creativity of their employees.

This is why many employers are willing to spend time understanding employees, explaining why so many to employees, and sharing some inspiring stories with employees. If employers can effectively communicate with employees in this way and refrain from cooking dogmatic "soul chicken soup," employees are actually very much encouraged. At the same time, such a working atmosphere will also help the company attract more talented people.

Realm 4: reinvest in employees

If the boss of Realm 1 would tell his staff: "I pay you money, and I hope you get the company done better through your work." "That is, the characteristics of a company in Realm 4 are: An employer has moved beyond treating employees as employees, and It is the first thing to think of employees as free-living individuals.

Specifically, in addition to providing opportunities for staff to pursue further studies and further studies, employers provide courses on horticulture, personal finance, cooking, social relations establishment and maintenance, and leisure activities so that employees are not only able to play A good job at work can also play a good role in society.

Realm 5: The place closest to heaven

When a company has experienced the first four realms, it has the potential to climb into the fifth realm and turn the company into a place closest to heaven. Here, the boundaries between employees and the company have been blurred. At the same level, the two staff members can work well without any mediation between their superiors. And here you will often hear the word "love" - ​​"I love my job," "I love my coworker," "I love my company."

In the relationship between employers and employees, employers no longer lend their employees mental or manual work, nor do they merely make staff work more purposeful and reinvest employees. He will create a working atmosphere for his staff so that they can communicate smoothly with each other, trust each other and be creative. Here's a good analogy: Realm 5's employees are musicians who, when combined, can make wonderful and harmonious music.

Of course, you want to be a Realm 5 company by no means easy. It requires the extraordinary courage of the company's leaders and is willing to spend a lot of time, experience, and resources on the company and its employees to create something that does not appear to be of benefit to the company. Some CEOs may ask, "Does it make sense for us to be a software company to provide financial advice to our employees?" But in fact, it does not matter what your company does. If you look at your employees not just as employees but as the various roles he plays in society - father, mother, son, daughter, brother, etc. - then you should be able to decide more easily whether Cast on these seemingly unrelated to the interests of the company.
