Starting a company while taking care of babies sounds crazy, but I did. When you have your first child, everyone around you will tell you "the baby sleeps while you sleep", but I work while the baby is sleeping.

Many entrepreneurs will take a similar approach to me, work hard during the day, and then spend evenings, weekends and vacations with the time to relax or recharge their business.

My company started from a basic wedding blog, gradually developed into a mature brand, and still maintain the momentum of continued development. Currently Rusticweddingchic's monthly visit is 1.5 million people, I have written three related books, and the "Simple Rural wedding Top network resources" as the country's major related brands established contact.

No matter what your situation is, there are a few key principles to keep in mind when it comes to time constraints.

Work with no distractions when working. When I first started a business, I used to sneak up on the playground and try to respond to emails with my iphone, but I didn't think it was a good idea to reply to emails so agitated when I missed out on important information or when I was responding. In fact, most emails can wait until you are at work and sit in front of the computer to reply.

Limited working hours have focused my attention on actual work-related activities. During working hours, I do not shop online, brush Facebook or surf the news. Although I like to roam the Internet, but when the work began, I wholeheartedly only do work-related things.

Understand the critical point of your ability. When your business starts to grow, chances may take up more of your time. So you need to understand the critical point of your ability, when you need to hire employees to get help, or when you have to change your schedule to meet your company's development, and then you have to adjust your work status and content.

For myself, this means hiring a babysitter every week so that I can call the publisher and get uninterrupted working hours. For you, this may mean cutting back on other part-time or counseling hours to free up more time to keep the company open.

Don't get yourself exhausted. Earlier in my career, I was busy building my brand for countless nights and weekends, but now I will be free to spend time with my family (although there are occasional nights of overtime, but it must be done secretly, and I always try to arrange a press meeting or a partner fair for the holidays). Do your best when you have to, but be sure to keep it up and down.

I found it was not a distraction to spend time with my family, and in fact it helped my success. My husband is also a writer who understands my limited time and the challenges of running a business. Many of my best ideas come from chatting with him at dinner or taking a walk after lunch. Talking to your family or friends can inspire you and help you stay balanced and maintain a social relationship.

Smart work, but no tug of the battle. You often hear that work should be "done better than hard", and I choose smart but not tug. I hired three freelancers to help me blog, advertise, and promote social media in the early stages of my start-up, but I know that I can do better with their help. I choose to devote my time to the things that make the most impact, and that's what every entrepreneur needs to make on the way.

I am a member of many entrepreneurs, so I understand their efforts and determination, which makes it possible for me to start my own business. That said, it's not easy to take care of the business and the family. It took me a long time to realize that although my son and my business needed my attention, it was not the same. Between the business and the kids, I decided to prioritize the two, which made it possible for me to take care of the family while building a brand.
