In Tuesday, the news of the Beijing time of Sina Science and Technology, the Canadian "Waterloo" reported that Rim had begun to issue layoffs notice. RIM's share price has fallen by about 27% per cent after disappointing quarterly earnings in Friday and lower full-year earnings forecasts.
