According to foreign media reports, the number of gamers owned by Zynga, a famous social gaming business, has been declining for two consecutive weeks, Beijing time May 10. Zynga had earlier threatened to leave Facebook and create its own social networking network, Zynga Live, after the talks on Facebook's virtual currency system, credits, failed to reach a consensus after a breakdown. The data from the Secondshares.com website, which focuses on the valuations of US-listed internet companies, shows that Zynga's gaming users have fallen for two consecutive weeks over the past 30 days. Part of the reason for the fall, says Secondshares, is that Facebook has limited the number and type of "notifications" that Zynga and other game makers can send to their gamers. With these restrictions, and Facebook insisting that game makers use their expensive payment system, Zynga is looking for alternative platforms. However, market analysts said, in the United States, in addition to Facebook, social gaming companies do not have a better social networking partner to choose from, currently, Facebook's current number of users has more than 400 million.
