The Orchid Pavilion, announced in Monday, has completed a takeover of Ador, the US social-networking site, Ador company headquarters in Seattle. The asset acquisition was done in cash and the transaction amount was not disclosed.

Upon completion of the acquisition, Ador's management team and staff will join the Orchid Pavilion and set up the first office in the United States. Mark Stabingas, chief executive of Ador, will be the head of the Orchid Pavilion, Quinten Shay will become the senior vice president of the Orchid Pavilion.
