Sina Science and technology news Beijing time of December 27, the Perfect World (NASDAQ:PWRD) today announced the signing of an agreement, the perfect world operation of the Chinese online reading business entity-Beijing Fantasy Vertical Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "perfect literature") sold to Baidu.

The deal involved a total amount of about 191.5 million yuan for a perfect literary equity takeover, as well as repayment of the perfect literary loan.

Beijing Fantasy Vertical Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a "vertical and horizontal Chinese network" of the parent company. Chinese network was founded in September 2008, is a large Chinese original reading website.

The completion of the transaction described in the Agreement shall be premised on the satisfaction of the usual delivery conditions.
