Throughout the history of classified information Web sites, in the domestic market and 58 of the city do also count more famous point, but also limited to the development of a first-line and other cities, I will focus on the classification of information on the operation of the county and its development path.

I am a real estate intermediary, my business license is not only a house, there are domestic, matchmaking and other classified information, said that the classification information is not so good to do, my city is Anhui Dangshan, is a very small county, I have done two years before the classified information site, but has not been any improvement, not enough money to make a net fee, Let alone life, I am keen on internet entrepreneurship, because I always think that the net venture capital is few, perhaps one day can get very good return, I do the website every day at 12 point appearance, do not work I often go to the Internet café, this also spends a lot of money, formerly rely on Baidu Alliance to make a little money, every day have a seven or eight dollars income Not as much as I go to the Internet café costs, I was also more satisfied with the minimum amount of online clicks can earn points, even one, of course, to my encouragement is very big, and then Baidu gave me the league number, I just realized that this road is not workable, so we still have to rely on their own site strength to speak, I feel by the alliance to make money unreliable, We are county, only need county to do a good job I believe we eat to feed the home should be no problem.

To get to the point of today's topic, classified information I think should start from a few points:

1, housing information: housing including leasing and sales for our intermediary companies to charge intermediary fees, can be for the network fee is a bit difficult, I personally think it should be so, rental and sale of the house can upload pictures, so that users look at the map, only to bring the user effect, customers will like such a site, About the profit point analysis can be this way, free release, Dangshan users want to see the phone can be achieved through the way: the first payment, second, to this information forwarding, the fifth person to open this site when users can see the phone, this method suitable for more mature local classification, If the early stage this is not too good to make up the counter, but we do is to limit free, if you can charge also charge, preferably with the local DM combination, where in the DM fee free hair, and vice versa.

2, about matchmaking, this can be charged, because users upload their own photos to set the option, of course, to see the photos need to charge or join members so as to see the phone, in particular, women's telephone must pay to be able to, of course, we have to ensure that our quality, such things to avoid fraud, Because I do intermediary also met many such deceitful.

3, flea Market, I suggest this free development, after all, we have a lot of business considerations, there is no free we are not justified, after all, is MO a information network, free release of all kinds of information.

4, vehicle information: This can be charged, including 4s shop display, and second-hand transactions.

5, the Merchant service, this is I said the key point, this is the county seat other information network does not have, because the merchant, we give the enterprise or the merchant to do the website, the setting two domain name Independent website, For example ahds.cn this domain name, a merchant registers, his website is a.ahds.cn,b merchant registers, his website is b.ahds.cn, realizes the user self-service construction station, does several sets of imitation lets the user choose, where the opening VIP can apply for the shop brand shop certificate.

6. Other ....

Classified information can be set to the top, of course, the top must be charged, before I see the site where the release of information will have an address link, by allowing others to open this site several times after the automatic top this is also a good place to absorb, we do the site after all to achieve profitability. In addition, each column keyword or title can have their own modified more flexible, so more conducive to optimization, this is also essential. There is a home imitation is best to do 2-3 of users to choose which to use their own convenience.

The above is I think of several points, there may be a lot of better ways to hope to more and better love the classification of friends to share information.
