Although the Federal Communications Commission is concerned that there is not enough bandwidth to support the growth of mobile broadband usage, mobile broadband usage in the U.S. region has not increased faster than the Asia Pacific and Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) region.　　In the second half of 2009, mobile broadband growth in the Asia-Pacific region grew by 70%, while the US grew by 59% per cent 86%,emea. Allot Communications said streaming video was the biggest contributor to increased mobile broadband usage, which increased by 99% in the second half of 2009.　　YouTube alone accounts for 10% of global mobile broadband usage. Allot Communications said in a statement: "Mobile broadband networks still face the same challenges as fixed broadband-growing bandwidth requirements and network congestion issues, and the need to find appropriate ways to enhance the user experience and reduce the negative impact of some peer-to-peer users.
